Leaving Members: What Happens Next

Hello,
After the loss of two members recently I felt the need to announce what MeePlace will expect from people taking 'breaks' or 'leaving' our forums.

Step One: Make A Thread
In the 'General Discussion' forum, we would appreciate it if you just made a quick thread saying "I am leaving the forums permenantly" or "I will be inactive for two weeks". Please be precice about how long you will be gone.
Step Two: Admin Action
If you are leaving permenantly, MeePlace will reset your post count, avatar, and profile details. After this, if you do not visit again within three months, your account shall be deleted.
It's that simple! However, we would not appreciate criticism when you leave, as recently occoured. It looks tatty and shows how much little respect people have for the hard work me and Beno put into the forums. We do not mind if you say, 'I am a little bored of the forums' or something simular as one day everyone will be, but saying 'These forums have got worse and worse' is criticism, and shall not be tolerated.
We do hope we have as few leavers as possible, but we accept people sometimes decide to.

Yes, i totally agree you dont know that behind the scences of the forums we have lots of work to do we allso come on everyday to check and clean the forum so even if you dont like the forum be subtle keep those comments in your head.
