Hell has a name, and that name is "Mrs Wing"

Today, I was asking my form tutor, who also happens to be running a trip for some of my yeargroup, about the organised trip to Alton Towers in June 2008.

I asked, "Miss Wing, when will we be recieving letters about the Alton Towers trip?"
Miss Wing replied, 'What Alton Towers trip?'
"You know, the one that you mentioned about a few weeks ago"
'Thats changed now. It's Thorpe Park instead'
"Oh" I saddened a little
'We can't be bothered to take you to Alton Towers, besides the staff would prefer Thorpe Park'
"And... what about what us kids want?"
'Tough'
"Great! So when do the letters come out?"
'Tomorrow'
...

Hell has a name, thats Miss Wing. The trip to Alton Towers - my first ever ride on AIR, and Oblivion, and Rita - gone. Teachers want Thorpe Park. So I come home, look at the website. First ride that comes up...

Oh god. Urrm... yeah. Nothing might sneak up as quickly as that, but guess what. I aint riding it! Next ride please...

Hmm... incase you don't mind, I'd rather be on a rollercoaster thats not flipped on its head. Also preferably one that isn't a hell ride into the firery mouth of a volcano. I think I will watch on this.

"' You'll be put through your paces as you hurtle, white-knuckled, through 10 inversions towards your destiny - the UK's only quadruple corkscrew. '"

Isn't 10 inversions a bit too many? You might be pushing the boat out a bit... And 4 corkscrews? Gees. I thought a double-corkscrew at Alton would be bad enough! Another sit-out.

No longer interested! I do not wish to piddle-in-my-pants.


So, as you can see... If I went I would have a pretty crap day. Why can't we go to Alton... PLEASE?
